With the approval of all required government agencies as of May 24, 2010, we have changed our company name to Pascarella & Pyrch-Bowlan Accounting Group, LLC from A.P. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, LLC. Our new Company logo has changed to the one shown above, and our new domain name is http://www.ppbaccountinggroup.com.

Even though we changed the company name, we want to stress that the service, support, and long term commitment towards our clients will remain unchanged. We will continue our efforts to offer our clients our full range of services driven by their needs, to fulfill our mission and vision.

We will begin to use the new name on all our official documents and in all our operation activities going forward. All contracts and legal documents previously signed by "A.P. Accounting & Bookeeping Services, LLC" will remain valid, and the corresponding obligations will be assumed by "Pascarella & Pyrch-Bowlan Accounting Group, LLC". The name change will not affect any account information, business process, and point of contact that you have with Pascarella & Pyrch-Bowlan Accounting Group, LLC, all of which will not be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be brought on by the name change.
